$TSOI According to the linked article, there were at least 10 reasons back in 2022 that could lead to a director (which I believe is someone like Ichim) being held PERSONALLY LIABLE. You might be particularly interested in #2 and #5 (taken in conjunction with many other posts here)

With 4,396,378,735 OS and 6.5 BILLION AS (for now) the dilution is not a "philosophy" it is a fact that has destroyed shareholder value. How is that partnership going? Did that news come as you predicted? Do we still need them to pay for P3 considering that there isn't one?

Now you mention that your accounts kept getting suspended and as we all know and there must be some pretty substantial reasons for those accounts to get suspended.. An example very well be what you have done just here by using my poster name in a derogatory form. Is that acceptable to you knowing it is a personal attack and violates IHubs tos? If you already provided this false statement about being a potential new investor, how many other false narratives have you possibly written about TSOI? Why should anyone believe you?

TSOI proponents have regularly tried to control the spin and silence alternative perspectives/more thorough DD (this is why they started the company forum, why they are suing critics, etc.)

Numerous parties here have ignored several years of discouraging developments while making ridiculous buy alerts etc. (see below for one brief example of many--it took me 5 minutes to assemble that history. There is plenty more where that came from). What is the point in denying that has happened when anyone can quickly prove that it has?

What catalysts does TSOI have looming? How many BILLIONS of shares will it have to dilute before any of those "catalysts" may or may not actually begin for a change? How much cash does it have on hand? How well does that stack up with its debt/expenses? The issues are pretty clear. Objective parties will see it for what it is.
