These are LOANS that are due and payable ON DEMAND.

The problem with those shares is they can’t be traded until 2025, so Wen is screwed into keeping POSRMX on life support until he can sell those shares in 2025.

1 Sold at $199.99 March 31 = $199.99
13 Sold at $179.99 From March 10 to March 30 = $2339.97
1 Sold at $199.99 From March 6 to March 9 = $199.99
1 Return on March 5 for a loss of $199.99 and reduced sale loss of approximately $15 = -$214.99
35 Sold Jan 29 to March 5 at $199.99 = $6999.65
1 Sold Jan 28 at $299.99 = $299.99
19 Sold Jan 1 to Jan 27 at $199.99 = $3799.81

TOTAL Q1 2024 = $ 13,624.41

So 19,164 - 13,624 = $5,540 Revenue difference from other sources or VOS sales on Newegg and Walmart.. Was expecting a lot more due to last report.
