Ha! Love to give you few predictions but I've been here almost 10 years and never thought Radiogel would take this long to get past FDA. So if I was to post a predictions you'd have to deduct or add a percentage to get to your answer.

Best I can tell you is we will be over a dollar sometime this year only if Radiogel gets approved.

FDA knows there is big need to get this cancer treatment out to the patients, FDA will allow the company to be going an accelerated approval process in order to get the treatment out to the treatment physicians to start treating cancer patients. Company is probably going through that process right now. Imminent positive news may skyrocket stock PPS as soon as market opens one early morning. Get ready for the ride

Doc already did the extra hoop jumping. FDA tacked on over 2 years of extra's. You must of either just got here or haven't paid much attention these past few yeaes. If more testing is needed, then our government agency is highly corrupt more then we ever imagined.

I agree with the Big Pharma narrative.
They don't want to cure cancer, but this is an effective treatment that keeps the wheel turning....
I can see Big Pharma paying for this treatment to extend lives, without the fear that it is a "cure".
They will put this in their greedy quiver to keep making money.
Good , news is consequently, it will extend lives.
The extension of life means more money for countries that can afford the treatment and keep the wheel turning.
I actually think they want this to succeed! (Me too!)

Chart tell me that Tomorrow RDGL will be trading much higher than today.

I complained a lot over the last 2 years as I didn't like the dilution, some of which in my mind could have been avoided if there was more focus on IDE instead of IsoPet (this last round of selling shares especially)...but overall I have to agree with you. Our CEO has done a great job of getting us here.

Yeah, thats what I thought too. 1.5 mil on hand should of been enough til they get IDE. Yup, sell more hi unless Doc has other plans we dont know about. Gotta trust his plan

Overall MK has been an excellent steward of company/investor financial resources during his tenure as CEO and continues to do so. I’d expect he has good reason to gather additional funding for trials. Very possible things are moving along quicker than we know and he needs to show he has the finances needed to start trials soon after IDE approval. All things considered, the small increase is a nothing burger.

Great great point. I’m buying at $.20 and happy as long as they keep it there (here). I rather load up at one price and provide them more capital that will bring the company and shareholders exponential returns. Therefore, I feel like they are rewarding me keeping it circa 20 to finance those operations now and in the future. Honestly, if will have no problem buying up to $2 a share.

I freaking hate the FDA because they f’d my therapeutic cos who had the scientific solution to Covid but were swept under the rug. FDA is owned by big pharma, and they controlled Covid to make a killing, jabbing as many people as possible with the tax payers providing all the dollars. Honestly, that is why I gave up here. Product works and I thought the FDA would work their rug magic they know so well from papa pharma…. Sounds like I don’t have to worry about that risk anymore….

They were not short on cash unless they had big expenses recently. I knew they needed to generate revenue. Just thought they would wait for high price. I’m holding, just thought they would if they are going to submit in the very near term.

Its the price we pay to keep the light on for this young company. With no revenue, this is how Vivos survives, Soon to change though.

It’s definitely not toxic dilution ….

It’s the good kind of dilution, good for us. It gets the technology to market, and overseas too, etc.

At least it's dilution at a higher price. Better than diluting at 0.06 or 0.08.

Fund the FDA approval process to conduct human clinical trials
Conduct phase 1, pilot, and clinical trials
Certifying several more clinics to use isopet.
Initiate regulatory approval process outside of the United States
Create an independent production center within the current production site to create a template for future international manufacturing

Even if O/S gets up to 500 million ….

$2.5 billion buyout / 500 million shares

= $5.00 per share

There’s no question they have to sell shares and far better to sell at .20 than .05.

They diluted 11 million shares in the past week. I wonder if they plan dump more before submission. So when you call this consolidation, I am thinking a bit of being held back by dilution. Think about where we would be if we didn't have 11 million shares enter the market since May 6. Yes, all startups need cash. But with IDE submission coming up I expected them to hold off. Guess the new employees that post once a day got to be paid.

Try not to use the word reverse split, as you found out some will take it that you’re a basher and trying to lower the price.


As for what I think. If they do a reverse split it won’t happen for awhile the share structure here is actually pretty good for a pharmaceutical research company for treating cancer that’s in the OTC

Why would they do a reverse split, to bump the share price up and move into the NASDAQ.

The share count doesn’t necessarily matter all that much, just so the share price can stay above a certain amount.

To join the NASDAQ the company has to meet certain requirements, which I don’t know all of them. You will have to look that up.

So as for a reverse happening, if it happens it won’t be for a couple of years

Because of how much it could cost them treating people for long terms. Don’t underestimate the evil behind the dollar.
