Unfortunately Delaware Chancellor Bouchard passed PUPS & MJWL to Vice Chancellor Laster and apparently screwed the pooch! Pardon the pun! Funny thing is that UM was trying to gain the custodianship for both MJWL and PUPS. Look at what happened to MJWL and PUPS got caught up in the judicial bureaucracy. I’ll be looking to get several more million cheapies before the September deadline if the Delaware courts award the custodianship to Universal Management. There are little known Exceptions to SEC Rule 15c2-11! But, they still need to git ‘er done!

SEC Rule 15c2-11, Companies in a shell status going thru a reverse merger may be given a time not to exceed 18 months to become current and meet the new requirements.

Delaware SOS site sux. Hard to get info on the custodianship from them and those idiots at Universal Management won’t return emails! Very frustrating to say the least! Had high hopes for this one but we shall see! Lots of tickers will be lost to the greys after September 28, 2021!

The company is now in the hands of the judge who will decide on custodianship. I considered that a good step. Not sure about the RM rumours but we need custody granted before anything else can happen. IMO
