My theory on OTC stocks today...MMs knew retail would sell to chase meme mania.

The smart play was to gap down big on stocks like ILST.

Why?

Lower overall liquidity.

They don't want meme stocks running.

They don't like it.

It's a smart move. Kudos to their manipulation.

That 4.7m sale @.0011 had to be a stop loss not a smart move. That person might as well have sold in 002’s.
