The PR said soccer deal expected to close imminently - there is a possibility that they signed the deal but didn’t let anyone know yet. Remember that they are not SEC reporting company so they don’t have to tell shareholders about deals they sign within 4 days like they would have to if they were. Audit is another story, I don’t believe it until I see it. If it’s on their “short” timeframe, it may take few years.
