net positive income for a stock trading at 0005? yes. When I find these, I'll go up to 50 to 60m shares and wait.

Information on corporate action applications by companies is not publicly available. The only thing the public would see is the announcement on the daily list IF FINRA processes the application. If FINRA deems the application insufficient then the public would never know unless the company said something. With these pink scams like GRLT many times they never do.

FINRA shows 0 filings on their website whatsoever ever since the delisting from SEC by management in 2013 or so... 
Been a few splits, name change, and other stuff since, nothing of that was ever filed with the FINRA because it doesn't show up when searching GRLTs various monikers on their website.

He's not wrong. Per the 2024 financials the AS is 5 Billion and per Nevada Silverflume SOS the AS is 5bil. As of Oct 2024.
Not sure why it hasn't been updated on OTC markets website yet... 

The last time the GRLT share structure changed was September 30, 2021. Couldn't you answer that simple question?
