Overunity means Coefficient of Performance (CoP) greater than 1. More energy coming out of the device than is being locally put into it. This allows for a system that can perpetually produce energy without being plugged in.

Many will claim this breaks the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The reason it doesn't break the second law is similar to a windmill or solar panel. The system is open to the Aether (quantum fluctuations) in the same way those systems are open to nature.

The first law of thermodynamics says energy cannot be created or destroyed. Solar and wind cannot output more energy than they take because the inputs are limited, but the Aether represents potentially unlimited additional energy input. This is how an Overunity system produces CoP greater 1.

'Free Energy' is a misnomer. It means that the potential energy accessed is unlimited, but it does not mean that the cost of extracting it is zero. The materials to produce an Overunity device are currently expensive, as is the labor to build it. When these devices become more efficient to produce, the cost will drop.

The benefits of Overunity include;

(HES), and Holcomb scientific Research (HSR) are delinquent debtors for USD665,918.78 to, Timtash Pty Ltd per Legal letter of Demand, now expired 30th April 2024, unpaid. The debt is distributed amongst the following Holcomb affiliated entities:
• HES : USD100,000.00 in short term 30d loans: USD50KMay, USD50K September 2023
• Astra Shares then valued at 36c each on 26th September 2024 for USD 248,000.00
• HSR( IP company) : Patent fees paid EUR85,000.00 for HSR, plus bank fees.
• Robert and Ellen Holcomb : Their legal fees of USD32,000 plus bank fees.
• HES/ Astra Manufacturing: Jet charter fees(leased) incl. Pilot fees USD 149,509.63

2. HES/Astra Manufacturing a 50:50 (Astra Energy inc and HES owned company) per legal demand expired 30th April2024, unpaid as above. It comprised:
• Astra Energy Inc : 30d Short term loan for Broker airfares USD 24,000.00.
• Claycamp: accommodation: USD2374.96 less USD1000.00 paid
• Astra/ Claycamp: Purchase Hyundai USD 9034.19 – Claycamp t returned the vehicle after 3000miles A difference in sale price will be applied to the debt..

Robert and Ellen Holcomb have used HES to solicit money since 2008, in return for either HES shares, and/or 30 day “ Short term unsecured Loans(See eg, attached) on the basis of a 3:1 return” for the purpose of developing Robert Holcomb’s Inventions the “Inline Power Generator(ILPG) and “Self Sustaining Power Generator(SSPG)”. The problem is the money never gets repaid.

5. Robert and Ellen Holcomb in their HES Logo claim they have invented a:

“Point of use Power Plant when parked”,
HES holds documents claiming to verify: “the ILPG amplifies power when placed between the power source and a load (which includes capacitors)” from SSGS, DNV-GL and Veritas companies.
The efficacy of the invention following use in the real world (B&K Energy) and further tests conducted at the factory by other independent companies/Professors and Electrical Engineers have questioned the validity of these verifications. When they conducted tests, they were unable to show it generated electricity -electric energy(Kw) suitable to power or reduce grid power bills to a home or factory..

Holcomb admitted that it does not work, in the March 2024, B&K Court Case affidavit “Motion to Dismiss”:
“…The HES Sublicense does not include any guarantee or other promise that the inventions of the Patents will work for their intended purpose’.

If, as he claims, it can generate electricity, why then does Holcomb still hire diesel generators and use Florida Grid power to conduct his research at the factory?

6. Robert Holcomb claims HSR, in Ireland holds worldwide Patents for the ILPG and SSPG inventions.
In December 2023, the USA Patent office rejected the patent application for the ILPG.

7. HES/Astra Manufacturing was formalised on 7th September 2023, butith the Holcomb’s have failed to commercialise the ILPG or SSPG inventions since their “success” was announced privately in August 2018 and publically in 2022.

8. Robert and Ellen Holcomb have failed to provide Investors with a single company “Financial Return” in 16years. Ellen, advised me, HES has received well in excess of USD 24M invested funds, plus other short term Loans. Where have all the funds gone?

9. Robert and Ellen Holcomb, HES /Astra Manufacturing have failed to develop any Manufacturing Plant(s), essential, if Investors are to obtain a return on their capital.

10. Robert and Ellen Holcomb have failed to sell: “Licenses to manufacture for a state or country” using HSR “Intellectual property”, excluding B&K Energy now the subject of a court case:.
• Holcomb currently values each License at USD15M .
• Interested parties have included: Venture capitalists, a billionaire California trust, “Prcsnt Pty ltd” from Australia, high ranking person(s)/ companies and government officials from Malta, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the marine industry..
• Broker’s Billionaire Clients in Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan, India etc,
The list goes on …and on….
All the above, initiated interest in obtaining Licenses but, after conducting their due diligence, declined the HES Licence offer.

11. In the 2004 Court verdict: between HHCS v. Robert Holcomb re a previous invention: Judge Paine in the Tennessee bankruptcy Court declared:

“Dr. Holcomb, an obviously intelligent and creative inventor, fought hard for what he had created. What he failed to remember was that others have paved the way financially and otherwise to allow him the freedom to create.”

“the record is replete with examples of monetary improprieties and fully supports a finding of fraud…”

He also asked: “for a copy of this Memorandum be sent to the United States Attorney's Office for consideration of whether the actions of Dr. Holcomb……violated any of the bankruptcy criminal provisions found in Title 18, specifically, 11 U.S.C. § 153 and 11 U.S.C. § 157”. (Your response as Ellen told me was to leave the USA and go to Australia!)

Judge Paine in the 78 page findings, also commented of Robert Holcomb’s character as a witness:
“Dr. Holcomb, on the other hand, was evasive, combative, and at time directly untruthful. His testimony is full of reversals, inconsistencies, and intentionally nonresponsive answers……”

12. The following Court cases have been filed in Florida, since January 2024:

• B&K ENERGY, LLC Florida, filed 29th Jan 2024 . At the first hearing in March2024, which Holcomb sort to get dismissed. The Judge declined the dismissal and ruled: “the Holcomb’s and HES have a case to answer” on 13 charges: 6 of misrepresentation, 6 of fraud and another 7 of breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and implied covenant.

• Supercloud Inc. Florida , Filed 28th March 2924. A claim against Astra for, failure to deliver the purchased ILPG unit per contract, and return the USD50K deposit. A damages claim for USD50M.

• Phoenix Trust v Holcomb, filed 23rd April 2024 in Florida, Re: 1,Order Granting Summary Judgment for i. Permanent Injunctions and Sanctions. ii. Order Granting Damages $32 M additional Sanctions. iii. Order Extending Judgments.

• Legal Letters of “Demand for payment” from Timtash Pty Ltd have been ignored -Court demand for payment pending.

13. None of the above information has ever been contained in any HES Newsletter to Investors.
Why has this information withheld?

14. On May 26th, A Peter Wooton emailed a note to investors:
“Dear Investor Group, you would have by now received a desperate email from Ellen and Robert. Do not believe their lies, the Court documents do not lie. Your money has been used to fund the Holcomb’s lavish lifestyle. Ellen even used $25k per month of your money to pay for her late Mothers retirement home. Hopefully the bankruptcy will audit the accounts to finally prove to you, even those in disbelief, where your money went.”

15. An Australian Energy, Company Director who had direct communication with Holcomb and Claycamp advised me of this posting:
“TO ALL LinkedIn followers and for those people and groups looking for renewable and new energy technology companies - be very careful as there are now a few that are exploiting investors, shareholders and the public with unsubstantiated claims and potential financial fraud.
One such group is Holcomb Scientific Research (HSR) and Holcomb Energy Systems LLC (HES) based out of Florida USA that claims they have invented a "point of use Power Plant when parked".
This has not been independently verified and many investors have had many millions $$ in this without any returns or development to market. Several court cases have been filed against them and it seems more are coming.
Investors and legitimate companies have had enough with "misrepresentation, fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty to shareholders.”

16. The Directors of Timtash Pty and their associated companies currently hold a 0.3595% stake in HES and its affiliates. Holcomb’s and their affiliated companies owe people significant amounts of money. We are concerned that fellow investors, may never see a return on our investment.

11. In the 2004 Court verdict: between HHCS v. Robert Holcomb re a previous invention: Judge Paine in the Tennessee bankruptcy Court declared:

“Dr. Holcomb, an obviously intelligent and creative inventor, fought hard for what he had created. What he failed to remember was that others have paved the way financially and otherwise to allow him the freedom to create.”

“the record is replete with examples of monetary improprieties and fully supports a finding of fraud…”

He also asked: “for a copy of this Memorandum be sent to the United States Attorney's Office for consideration of whether the actions of Dr. Holcomb……violated any of the bankruptcy criminal provisions found in Title 18, specifically, 11 U.S.C. § 153 and 11 U.S.C. § 157”. 12. The following Court cases have been filed in Florida, since January 2024:

• B&K ENERGY, LLC Florida, filed 29th Jan 2024 . At the first hearing in March2024, which Holcomb sort to get dismissed. The Judge declined the dismissal and ruled: “the Holcomb’s and HES have a case to answer” on 13 charges: 6 of misrepresentation, 6 of fraud and another 7 of breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and implied covenant.

• Supercloud Inc. Florida , Filed 28th March 2924. A claim against Astra for, failure to deliver the purchased ILPG unit per contract, and return the USD50K deposit. A damages claim for USD50M.

• Phoenix Trust v Holcomb, filed 23rd April 2024 in Florida, Re: 1,Order Granting Summary Judgment for i. Permanent Injunctions and Sanctions. ii. Order Granting Damages $32 M additional Sanctions. iii. Order Extending Judgments.

• Legal Letters of “Demand for payment” from Timtash Pty Ltd have been ignored -Court demand for payment pending.

13. None of the above information has ever been contained in any HES Newsletter to Investors.
Why has this information withheld?

14. On May 26th, A Peter Wooton emailed a note to investors:
“Dear Investor Group, you would have by now received a desperate email from Ellen and Robert. Do not believe their lies, the Court documents do not lie. Your money has been used to fund the Holcomb’s lavish lifestyle. Ellen even used $25k per month of your money to pay for her late Mothers retirement home. Hopefully the bankruptcy will audit the accounts to finally prove to you, even those in disbelief, where your money went.”

15. An Australian Energy, Company Director who had direct communication with Holcomb and Claycamp advised me of this posting:
“TO ALL LinkedIn followers and for those people and groups looking for renewable and new energy technology companies - be very careful as there are now a few that are exploiting investors, shareholders and the public with unsubstantiated claims and potential financial fraud.
One such group is Holcomb Scientific Research (HSR) and Holcomb Energy Systems LLC (HES) based out of Florida USA that claims they have invented a "point of use Power Plant when parked".
This has not been independently verified and many investors have had many millions $$ in this without any returns or development to market. Several court cases have been filed against them and it seems more are coming.
Investors and legitimate companies have had enough with "misrepresentation, fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty to shareholders.”

16. The Directors of Timtash Pty and their associated companies currently hold a 0.3595% stake in HES and its affiliates. Holcomb’s and their affiliated companies owe people significant amounts of money. We are concerned that fellow investors, may never see a return on our investment.

1. Robert and Ellen Holcomb, Holcomb Energy system LLC. (HES), and Holcomb scientific Research (HSR) are delinquent debtors for USD665,918.78 to, Timtash Pty Ltd per Legal letter of Demand, now expired 30th April 2024, unpaid. The debt is distributed amongst the following Holcomb affiliated entities:
• HES : USD100,000.00 in short term 30d loans: USD50KMay, USD50K September 2023
• Astra Shares then valued at 36c each on 26th September 2024 for USD 248,000.00
• HSR( IP company) : Patent fees paid EUR85,000.00 for HSR, plus bank fees.
• Robert and Ellen Holcomb : Their legal fees of USD32,000 plus bank fees.
• HES/ Astra Manufacturing: Jet charter fees(leased) incl. Pilot fees USD 149,509.63

2. HES/Astra Manufacturing a 50:50 (Astra Energy inc and HES owned company) per legal demand expired 30th April2024, unpaid as above. It comprised:
• Astra Energy Inc : 30d Short term loan for Broker airfares USD 24,000.00.
• Claycamp: accommodation: USD2374.96 less USD1000.00 paid
• Astra/ Claycamp: Purchase Hyundai USD 9034.19 – Claycamp t returned the vehicle after 3000miles A difference in sale price will be applied to the debt..

3. Are these Companies /Persons solvent? If so, why do they not pay the debt?

Robert and Ellen Holcomb have used HES to solicit money since 2008, in return for either HES shares, and/or 30 day “ Short term unsecured Loans(See eg, attached) on the basis of a 3:1 return” for the purpose of developing Robert Holcomb’s Inventions the “Inline Power Generator(ILPG) and “Self Sustaining Power Generator(SSPG)”. The problem is the money never gets repaid.

5. Robert and Ellen Holcomb in their HES Logo claim they have invented a:

“Point of use Power Plant when parked”,
HES holds documents claiming to verify: “the ILPG amplifies power when placed between the power source and a load (which includes capacitors)” from SSGS, DNV-GL and Veritas companies.
The efficacy of the invention following use in the real world (B&K Energy) and further tests conducted at the factory by other independent companies/Professors and Electrical Engineers have questioned the validity of these verifications. When they conducted tests, they were unable to show it generated electricity -electric energy(Kw) suitable to power or reduce grid power bills to a home or factory..

Holcomb admitted that it does not work, in the March 2024, B&K Court Case affidavit “Motion to Dismiss”:
“…The HES Sublicense does not include any guarantee or other promise that the inventions of the Patents will work for their intended purpose’.

If, as he claims, it can generate electricity, why then does Holcomb still hire diesel generators and use Florida Grid power to conduct his research at the factory?

6. Robert Holcomb claims HSR, in Ireland holds worldwide Patents for the ILPG and SSPG inventions.
In December 2023, the USA Patent office rejected the patent application for the ILPG.

7. HES/Astra Manufacturing was formalised on 7th September 2023, butith the Holcomb’s have failed to commercialise the ILPG or SSPG inventions since their “success” was announced privately in August 2018 and publically in 2022.

8. Robert and Ellen Holcomb have failed to provide Investors with a single company “Financial Return” in 16years. Ellen, advised me, HES has received well in excess of USD 24M invested funds, plus other short term Loans. Where have all the funds gone?

9. Robert and Ellen Holcomb, HES /Astra Manufacturing have failed to develop any Manufacturing Plant(s), essential, if Investors are to obtain a return on their capital.

10. Robert and Ellen Holcomb have failed to sell: “Licenses to manufacture for a state or country” using HSR “Intellectual property”, excluding B&K Energy now the subject of a court case:.
• Holcomb currently values each License at USD15M .
• Interested parties have included: Venture capitalists, a billionaire California trust, “Prcsnt Pty ltd” from Australia, high ranking person(s)/ companies and government officials from Malta, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the marine industry..
• Broker’s Billionaire Clients in Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan, India etc,
The list goes on …and on….

Florida law stipulates that someone commits forgery when he “falsely makes, alters, forges, or counterfeits” a legal document, public record, check, or other important document or record with the purpose of defrauding or causing injury. Forgery is a serious type of Felony theft crime in the state of Florida, punishable by many years in prison. Word of advice. Maybe you should focus on how you can save your uncles butt instead of wasting your time and money posting negative crap on the ASRE board meant for shareholders.
