FYI, Rayne's cap hit in 2025 is going to be tremendous!

Russell Wilson will have a dead cap hit of $49M and change next year, which was preceded by this year's ~~$35M cap hit.
Matt Ryan and A-A-Ron had $40M+ cap hits prior to this year.

Rayne Dakota Prescott is going to set the record next year. In his favor, those other cap hits are dead cap hits where teams are effectively "filing for bankruptcy".

As of March 20, 2023, Astika acquired 100% of the ownership interest intwo entities: a) Nantong PinlinaInternational Trade Company, a Foreign Invested Enterprise incorporated under the laws of Nantong, China; and b) Gaoxing LLC,a California limited liability company organized as a Sino-US joint venture registered with the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles, California. These two entities together own 100% of the Chinese entityJiangsu Ziyang Holiday Bedroom Articles Co. Ltd. (JSZY), a home goods retailer with a substantial operating history and tens of millions of dollars in top-line revenues annually (almost $20 million in net revenue during 2022 alone).

Not at all. There are rules for filers when they have to put out certain filings or when they have to
verify their profile. In their case their verified profile was removed more than 6 months ago, when it
is removed they have exactly 6 months to re-new it otherwise it will go to grace period and 15 days later
it will be expert. We knew it will be expert today. I told Dung on twitter weeks ago until when they have to
file the verified profile to avoid grace and then expert. They didn't do it but they knew about it for weeks
from me.
