Company said they would submit by end of Q2 several times. Last day of June is the 30th, a Sunday. Since submission to FDA is via an internet portal, the 30th by midnight, they could submit the IDE request and still be in Q2. They would need to disclose by Friday, July 5th, since 4th is a holiday.
