lj: I am not seeing a lot of low-mileage used cars at dealership websites. Though, U can find 1-year-old vehicles with say, $13K miles on them. Historically, cars like that might have been a rare find, I don't know.

Is that 30 percent for second homes? Couldn't be primary homes. Lots of people have ridiculously low mortage rates--the people who won't move!
