Actually, a more productive observation would be why this company has never had revenues or cash. CE on it for 18 months and counting. Maybe those are things you should look at and not what some guy just makes up out of thin air.

Sorry, but this line of thinking needs to be thrown out the window. Yes, approvals take time and mean some treatments are slowed down on the path to approval. But if it were not for regulatory bodies, we'd have a lot of junk medical/pharma products brought to market that cause more harm than good. D
