Indian Rupee Slides To 9-day Low Against U.S. Dollar

The Indian rupee weakened against the U.S. dollar in the morning
deals on Friday.
Against the greenback, the rupee fell to a 9-day low of 62.4175
from an early high of 62.1800. At yesterday's close, the rupee was
trading at 62.3200 against the greenback.
If the rupee extends its downtrend, it is likely to find support
around the 63.00 area.
Traders await the nation's trade data, due later in the day.
