I think readers have been reading this wrong maybe. In the paragraph detailing what was paid for MWML it was 40mil preferred shares AND management retained 35% of future profits. Meaning the WHOLELY OWNED SUBSIDIARY of MWWC retained 65%. Doesn't this follow from the reading? So even better for shareholders?

It should be obvious Mr. Blagman is now running and steering the MWWC ship, through MWML, with Jason taking the back seat and staying out of the picture. Instead of a parasitic relationship with shareholders, through Regulation A's and dilution, Mr. Blagman is rolling up his sleeves and establishing an extremely successful global business cash flow before tapping into the power the public entity engine will supply to this new age media empire. Start looking at the big money locations getting involved; Hollywood, London, France, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Seoul, just to name a few. He is not maintaining offices in NY and LA, along with all the international travel for show. As Scratchgolf put it, this is a shareholder's dream come true.

Take a look at Blagmans history, this guy is the real deal and would not get involved with some penny scam, his accomplishments speak loud and clear and takes great pride in delivering the goods, he has the ability to make it happen and has all the connections , we all are about to see his magic manifest very soon, I admit in past thought it was all BS but was wrong and I now believe we are about to witness something very amazing as well as the PPS rising to new heights, folks..he's going to prove the naysayers very wrong.
