                          Extension of Debt Facilities 
                                       and 
                         Update on Proposed Fundraising 
 
The Board of Alexandra today announces an update on the Companys proposed 
fundraising and a further extension of debt facilities. 
As announced on 8 March 2010, the Company intends to raise funds through the 
equity capital markets following completion of an audit of the Companys 
accounts for the 14 month period ended 31 March 2010. In order to facilitate 
this timetable the next review date of the Companys current debt facilities has 
been scheduled for 30 June 2010. The current debt facilities remain repayable on 
demand. 
The Company will issue a trading statement covering the fourteen month period to 
31 March 2010 by 14 May 2010.
