The “minutes” from the recent Palos Hills meeting were posted. Not one word regarding street lights, smart cities, Global this or that, or Viper Networks.

Well not to worry with all the Bitcoin Viper mined at sub $30,000 and the tens of thousands of smart poles they installed in the MidEast, how can we lose? Anything that VPER shipped would have made it out prior to that incident. And the only thing I could think of that would be in boxes that small are just LED lights which Sri Lanka could probably get cheaper from Amazon. And if that's all that was in those boxes, those are going to get VPER a MINISCULE margin. Shipping something like that from the US to Sri Lanka is simply a waste of money for both sides, so hopefully for each, it was something more substantial. And that's if anything was actually sent. VPER has tweeted a lot of pictures of things that seem to have never gone anywhere.

Just watched a video that stated the ship that hit the bridge in Baltimore was destined for Sri Lanka.

Would like to hear from Viper Networks, and or it’s CEO if the “goods” sent last month are ok.

Not being sarcastic, but a little concerned regarding that shipment of pallets, which should have been delivered by now from the limited information we have thus far.

They seem to have changed our focus to other things, and I’ve been wondering why.

Where is Farid anyhow, starting to think he has some health issue(s), it’s strange how he went silent for 3 years now.

If Cybergrab was due to launch in Q1, the app would actually do something, the website would actually do something, and that "Terms and Condition" would be legitimate.

Is that Global Sustainable Initiatives, Global Services International, or Green Sustainable Initiatives?
Regardless, that money was for poles, not for Cybergrab and that whopping $110,000 that likely did not all go to VPER isn't enough to operate a platform like Cybergrab (according to their claims). Not close enough to build it and VPER has said that the app doesn't work, which is likely because there is no back end. Insurance is also another massive expense that they haven't addresses.
Sri Lanka will NOT be $10s of millions of annual revenue.
VPER has basically said there will be no revenue until Q3, so that makes VPER worse than dead money. Come back in 5 months and flip on the bagholders.

No indication on the app or website that Cybergrab is functional and it was supposedly going live in Q1. They have no way to pay for insurance or infrastructure, so Cybergrab is going nowhere. Even if it worked, potential revenue is miniscule.
Track record on Sri Lanka indicates that Sri Lanka is going to amount to nothing.

Seriously. Look at their "Terms And Condition". Not only can they not actually type "Terms and Conditions" on the header, but the page actually says "s is a test Teams & Conditions". On top of that? They cut and pasted someone else's terms and conditions and actually left the name of the company on the page. It's been like this for well over a year. I've referenced it multiple times.
Why shouldn't people contact Cybergrab about Cybergrab? The privacy policy says to contact VPER. Yes, VPER is the parent company, but it makes no sense.
And you'd think they'd update the privacy policy after they basically said "the app has never worked, despite us saying it worked in the past, but now it'll work in the future in Antigua and maybe somewhere in the US". Privacy policy said it was posted in 2021 and has not been updated since.
Does this mean the company they cut and pasted the Ts&Cs from is the "local partner"? If so, this would be another USAdoconcall.com situation where VPER gets some tiny finders fee, so that means next to no revenue for shareholders and it would also mean that Cybergrab isn't an actual functional system the way they claim. Of course, if Antigua were to see the full, claimed functionality, that could mean otherwise, but I don't think we'll ever see that.

You're 100% correct, every time they come out with "news" - the price goes down. Kind of fear any more "news" - it would only take a couple more announcements to take us to "0000.0".

I know things were supposed to change for us last week, or was it last month, or maybe it was the last Qtr. or the one before that. Hmmmm, maybe it was last year or the year before that. Now I'm confused - I'll have to go back and read what Solar's prophecies were at the time (but I don't think that any of them have ever come to fruition. In fact I know they haven't because we're still bouncing between .0003 and .0005 (when we're lucky).
