I remember when mcol first came on the scene.  Retired, knew nothing about investing, always asking questions saying he just retired and had some money he wanted to play with.  Fast forward years and was talking like every investment that made was a winner.  I doubt any of them were Alex tbh.  Anyone who has ever talked to Alex knows he likes to dictate the conversation.  If he realizes the other person on the line isn't biting or knows more on a subject than him, he redirects.  Never really saw this in the suspect posters.  They probably just bought everything he was selling them.  Every bumble was actually planned, strategy, etc.  
I too think he'll pull through this.  I think his failures aren't really from just a lack of trying, they are from not understanding how to get them across the finish line.

Alex called me on Tuesday by accident apparently. He was told I left a message, but I had not so I assume his assistant messed something up. Anyway, I don't have any questions that he can answer right now so there wasn't anything to talk about. About all I got out of our brief call was that he seems very busy. Hopefully that is a good sign.

It has no choice but to.  For someone like Alex who likes to project having all the answers for his actions he is awfully quiet.  The plus side, of he does resolve this the yield sign will likely go away.

Let's be honest, Alex should be investigated by the SEC, 15 years of manipulation, lies, misrepresentation, 90% of his co. no longer exists, dubious projections, allusion to NYSE in 3 months etc etc

Let's be real here, he's never given numbers that have EVER checked out.  If what he is reporting here is jv or whatever, it'll still be better than the numbers that vanished in the past.  He just needs to get those filings in and all will be forgotten if the numbers show anything of note.

Eh, they are just noise really.  The fact they are at least responding is a decent indication that he's not just gonna go into hiding as a conman.  I think he always wanted to be legit, just never had a clear path like he does now.

The good news is the 2m share blocker at .007 moved on down to .0061.  If the bid starts getting chewed up at any point, I hope they lose money.  Haha I'm bidding 4s in case Alex really drags his feet.  I feel like investors are owed a better explanation from Alex about what it will take to get right.

The financials will be posted eventually. Alex is incompetent when it comes to this stuff for sure. I would say Q4 was the most anticipated report for this company ever and he just blew it because he can't be bothered to read new rules before the (extended) deadline. maybe he really is out there cleaning the oil himself

It will be interesting to hear the details on this stuff.  Anyone around long enough knows Alex is at his best after his misses a deadline.  That usually kicks him in gear for a few weeks.

Sounds like they told him what needs fixed and he's not sure how long that will take to be fixed and approved.  It reads like he is trying to fix the issues and will be pending that successful rubber stamp from the OTC.  Nothing crazy there, the crazy things is waiting until the last second to deal with the changes.

We do not have a definitive timeframe for filing. Pending clearance from OTC regulatory bodies. How can you have a pending if you have no time frame for filings ,wtf is that b.s.
