R/S on 35m float?
Who holds that massive chunk of restricted shares? That’s going to hurt.

Or have they dumped those restricted shares into the float and that triggered the R/S?
That’s insider trading at its best.
Either way it reeks.

35m / 500 = 70k float @ $1? It should tank hard from there.
Might be a great buy after the morning after dump.

It will be interesting to see what the real float #s are today.
If it’s still 35m and these restricted belong to the control block, why not issue preferrd shares for the restricted snd retire that massive block back into treasury and avoid this drama?
Do a R/S for 2:1 or 5:1 it’s going to puss off commons just the same.
But 500:1 is brutal. Total wash out of retail base.,
A 70k float with no business will garantee no volume

It won’t be a$1 long. Not with out a stream If consistent news after wards.

Recycling plastic for the ocean is not much of a business plan.
Unless AOC is passing out a few $100m tax payer money to get her 10% kick back.

This is one of the first steps to become current and search for a merger in the plastics industry. I am not aware of the next steps after this filing but they will need to get current to buy shares with new OTC rules
