Yes that’s correct, clock starts back where they left off. So if no further info requests made by FDA then should be pretty quick approval after that.

Then it goes back to FDA, correct?

No worries my timeline is either late next week or more than likely 2nd week in March we hear something.

It was started over 4 weeks ago and it takes 6 weeks or less to complete.

They received an additional information request from the FDA. Some administrative questions to clarify their previously submitted paperwork and then an accelerated shelf life testing on the packaging the mask will be in. That piece will take a bit of time to complete. It'll be months before this is back in the FDA hands. Mask largely seems to have not been an issue at least since the main question is on the packaging.

You would think that as we are well past the time frame to move into interactive review, and the fact that we have not heard anything as to this not taking place ie being placed on hold, which is a material event, just maybe the next thing we will hear is news re FDA approval.

I believe, at this point, no news is good news.

Previously, the company voluntarily withdrew its 510k submission during the Acceptance Review portion after meeting with the FDA reviewer. The comments from the reviewer at the time led RemSleep to change its 510k consultant and hire the current one who substantially altered the testing and administration protocol to address issues identified by the reviewer. The proposed regimen was further influenced by her extensive experience in regulatory review with respiratory masks. The current FDA reviewer is the same individual who was assigned to the previous submission.

Well it held @ .04 for a while before it came down to these levels and that was before getting approved so hopefully we see .10+ after approval.

Agree , volume is good and price appreciation on the table . How far will this go with positive results?

Certainly no reason to sell, just got to look at past history to see this will run upto FDA news, and this time it looks like company has completed everything and more FDA requested.
