I don't know if you happen to have looked, but ICNM's share price happens to be .0004 this morning.

As I understand it, .0004 is not larger than $4.

Shareholders do not know what the game plan is regarding R/S. Most people are hoping that we grow the PPS thru earnings from E-Commerce while we are still a Pinky stock with the current untouched share count. Once in penny land, we can comfortably upgrade to a better exchange and then decide on a proper buy back program or R/S when things take off.

I think they do. Building basically a new company is not an overnight affair. So far so good although I am not a big fan of CCP,

They continue to lose money per the filings, the CEO has been converting his Preferreds to Commons and obviously selling them and now the two-year moratorium on reverse splits has expired. Is this something you should feel good about sitting in?

Quarterly Financials are due 45 days after end of quarter and they have 90 days to file for end of year. If 1st quarter ended march 31 then q1 due in May 15. They can file a NT and have 5 days after that to file.

They also expected a good EOY and absolutely nothing happened when the 10k dropped. Don’t get your hopes up

The emphasis appears to be on E Commerce thru signing service agreements with large industrial companies at this time. ICNM has a lot going on behind the scenes. Alan Chow, the CEO is guiding this along quite well.

There doesn't seem to be any mention whatsoever of that business in the annual.

I just got in late last week...IGPK risky and the stock board don't like to answer sensitive questions like Financials and what is needed to qualify for Corporate actions like name change, r merger and Pink current ....but it's okay in risk reward for me to take a small holding POT stocks are up today my MJNA up 71%
