10-Q is out. Quarterly loss of $1.26 Million, Loss / Share = $0.16 / share. 10-Q doesn't reflect massive dilution in January from 8.2M to 11.2 M

Agreement with B Riley to convert Debt to Shares is massive dilution scheme and is about B Riley being able to use BEBE's Net Operating Losses for Tax purposes! TH\hat is the reason they paid a premium for the stock.

If you own BEBE I would take this morning's price of high $5s as a gift and sell. May go higher but this is going to come crashing down when the market digests the implications of this agreement.

Outstanding shares after agreement - 11.2 Million (At least, maybe more)

I don't own $BEBE stock as of yet. I did at one time. The loss of 74 million had to do with settlements with landlords on closing all their stores. I expect to see a great improvement next quarter on their balance sheet. $BAYP and weedwiser.com is going to be the next great online experience. I also think that $BEBE will do very well with online sales.

The next 10Q will give us a good idea how the new strategy is doing. It will be the 1st qtr with full qtr sales (or close to full qtr). My gut is they are not making enough sales to justify the stock at this price. If I am right, and I've been right about BEBE the last 9 months, I think we are looking at a share price that will settle between $1-$2 dollars

BEBE lost 74 MILLION last qtr, I wonder how much more BEBE will lose this qtr??? I predict 25 MILLION! We should have a new 10-Q this week.

BEBE's Balance Sheet is now upside down. Liabilities exceed assets by $11.1 Million. Only going to get worse for at least the next 2 quarters per the company's notes in the F/S

I expect BEBE will post a loss of between $10-$20 million this past quarter. JMHO

I was in communication (email) with BEBE Investor Relations last week and I was told the 10-K will be filed on 9/29.

What reverse stock split?

After all those reverse stock splits who will buy my shares at my new purchased price without any profit of $26.00 a share?

If I should now sell any of my stock shares at the today price will be a drastic GAIN for BEBE.

Reality is starting to sink in re: Balance Sheet & Income stream. Already dropped 7% today. More to come & soon. I expect this to be in the low $3s by the end of month.

With reorganization, BEBE is officially underwater. Total Liabilities now exceed Total Assets. Might take a little while for the street to digest but BEBE is still in a Death Spiral to Net Zero. See chart of Pro-Forma Balance Sheet based on these changes announced today. And donb't forget - MORE termination fees coming!

Your analysis is spot on. The $60-$65M lease termination fees kill all remaining equity...and then some. If BEBE had pulled the plug a year ago or even 6 months ago they would be $70-100 million ahead, but they didn't.

Time will tell, but the future looks brighter now for bebe, company has cash on hand and very little debt

I believe so too.... Asset 3x than liabilities, cash on hand... Now $35M JV.. Plus moving as a Apparel Brand than retailer is a good move... Going global....
