I reckon SRGE have sold Cinco Minas to NYSE big boy miner for $500-$600M!! That is my thinking!! And we get that 20C Divvy!!! And also that SCCO will JV with em on their other 5 mining properties

Sierra was a SCAM to sell Fraudco SRGE shares.
There never was a deal with SCCO, as time has proved.

Have a hunch buyout will be announced and will resume trading at over a dollar a share when it opens ! Were all speculating at this point , and have really no idea what is going on behind closed doors . I am a shareholder of SRGE and will never sell a share as I believe the buyout was signed this past fall ... and will be announced before opening bell in two weeks when SRGE resumes trading. Both companies will put a PR out , to this affect with announcement of the big dividend as well. xi
