That is what helps them sleep at night as well as justify Fernandez's carefree attitude toward shareholders and a 56% decline in share price; all while chasing the falling knife in hopes of breaking even someday. SMH too!

I’ve taken that stance myself. With that ratio in place it makes sense to grab some of that now. If it drops more they may speed up the transaction. I’ve gone this far I may as well play the game.

I keep buying 1.20 and lower…I don’t care or expect them to worry about peanut gathering shareholders and I believe there is a still big potential. If not I already have a tshirt that says SUCKA !

Shareholders should be scared of "Failure to Launch" Fernandez, NXPL is down 56% from same period last year and 31% YTD.

Those 1.7% down days sure do add up quickly, Mack. Just a matter of time before an RS wipes out investors here too.

Wasn't that Dawson James Conference supposed to atrract new institutional investors? LOL That certainly was another flop on Charlie's dance card.

If Q results are good which I think will be the case then do we see another rush to buy NXPL shares. If so then RXMD shares have significant leverage. Also currently waiting on launch of Florida Sunshine Brand which should happen in the next 2 months.

Watch your ratio between the two and gage what you think will happen to each in the coming weeks. My bet is that $NXPL continues to sink alot while $RXMD stays relatively flat. That makes $NXPL a better buy. JMO

I agree. Yes it’s undervalued and has been for awhile. But in short term isn’t NXPL pps going to take a bit of a hit after merger.

I now own as many shares of NXPL as I do with RXMD.

After the merger is finalized with all the cash in the bank this baby ought to take off.

Especially generating 70m annually and 26m in the bank.

IMO this is so far undervalued and it's crazy cheap why wouldn't anybody not be buying this? Fair Value right now between the two is easily $8-$10.

Remember Q report (RXMD) comes out in a couple of weeks. Should be cash flow positive. GLTA... NXPL AND RXMD SHAREHOLDERS

I don’t have any skin on the NextPlat side currently, but this price is ridiculous (just like RXMD). They have more cash on hand than the current market cap. That’s rare. Nothing from a financials fundamental standpoint warrants this. Turnaround should surely come.

Yep. I own both NXPL and RXMD, and I'm looking forward to the merger being completed ASAP. The vultures have no case, IMO.

No concern re them, they always show up especially as company has $26 million in combined cash.

Need to get rid of those flippers. Should get filing soon re merger details and should move up as market stabilizes and we get closer to next Q results.
