Likely, the FnF management and FHFA pass the call of a bond before maturity off as "delisting".
What I've learnt, is that it's a zero coupon MTN, but it isn't callable.
A very illiquid bond (it traded only one day in March), it trades at an annual 5.1% discount rate (my own estimate).
