PureCircle Limited (PURE.LN), a producer and marketer of high purity stevia products, Wednesday announces five major contract wins with Danone S.A. (DANOY), Unilever PLC (UL), Bimbo Bakeries, Dean Foods Co. (DF) and Kerry Ingredients.

MAIN FACTS:

-The company gave no financial details.

-Beyond these contracts there are a number of other arrangements that are in the final stages of negotiations with global multinational F&B companies which will be announced in due course.

-Over and above the strategic contracts PureCircle has more than 100 regional and local F&B invoicing customers and this list is expected to grow substantially in FY 2011.

-Also working as supplier of choice for a number of major retailers, including Kroger.

-Shares closed Tuesday at 209.5 pence.
