Directors of Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) today approved a plan to
raise the company's annualized dividend to $1.68 per share, representing an increase of 10.5
percent over the 2015 aggregate dividend paid to stockholders. The
board declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending
March 31, 2016, on the following
securities:
- A dividend of $0.42 per share of
the company's common stock, representing an increase of 5 percent
over the December 2015 quarterly
common stock dividend, payable March 31,
2016, to common stockholders of record at the close of
business on March 18, 2016; and
- A dividend of $1.0675 per share
of the company's 8.54 percent Series Q Cumulative Redeemable
Preferred Stock, payable March 31,
2016, to Series Q stockholders of record at the close of
business on March 18, 2016.
