show their complaints were "legally sufficient" and that the
plaintiffs may opt to amend their complaint and refile. "Judge
Dismisses Lawsuit Inspired by 'Flash Boys,'" at 5:13 p.m. EDT,
incorrectly identified those who filed the suit as defendants in
