The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 27 November 2015 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 212.99p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 216.86p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 143.97p
The market value of investments was GBP337.8m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP100.3m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP237.5m.
