Swiss Franc Rises Against Majors

(RTTNews) - The Swiss franc strengthened against the other major currencies in the European session on Wednesday.
The Swiss franc rose to a 9-day high of 1.1046 against the euro and a 2-day high of 111.16 against the yen, from early lows of 1.1068 and 110.67, respectively.
Against the pound, the franc advanced to 1.4487 from an early near 4-month low of 1.4544.
The franc edged up to 0.9907 against the U.S. dollar, from an early low of 0.9935.
If the Swiss franc extends its uptrend, it is likely to find resistance around 1.09 against the euro, 114.00 against the yen, 1.39 against the pound and 0.97 against the greenback.
