Pound Declines Further Against Majors

(RTTNews) - The pound fell further against the other major currencies in early European deals on Thursday.
The pound retreated from an early high of 1.6926 against the greenback and fell to a 7-week low of 1.6881.
The pound slipped to a 6-day low of 0.7933 against the euro and a 2-day low of 1.5335 against the franc, from early highs of 0.7913 and 1.5377,respectively.
The pound edged down to 173.66 against the yen, compared to 173.83 hit late New York Wednesday.
If the pound extends slide, it may find support around 1.68 against the greenback, 1.52 against the franc, 0.80 against the euro and 172.5 against the yen.
