The Company was advised on 22 January 2009 that on 22 January 2009, Yiannis 
Demetriou, CEO, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of Eur 0.02 each ("Ordinary 
Shares") in the Company, at 28p per share. 
 
 
Following this purchase, Mr Demetriou has a total beneficial interest in 90,000 
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the current issued share 
capital of the Company.
