ViCTory VCT PLC (formerly called Singer & Friedlander AIM 3 VCT PLC) (the 
"Company") announces that it has received confirmation from Mike Killingley, 
Director of the Company, that he has today purchased 27,225 ordinary shares in 
the capital of the Company ("ordinary shares") for his own account. 
 
 
The shares were registered in the name of Barclays Stockbrokers Limited and were 
purchased at a price of 36.5p per share. 
 
 
Following this acquisition Mike Killingley holds 27,225 ordinary shares 
representing 0.063% of the issued share capital of the Company. 
This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with Disclosure and 
Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).
