    ("Pubs N Bars" or "the Company")

    Director/PDMR Shareholding

    The Board of Pubs N Bars plc (AIM: PNB.L), a community public house owner and operator, has been informed that Mr Mel Belligero, Chief
Executive Officer, has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 20p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 8p per share.

    Following this transaction, Mr Belligero's resultant total beneficial interest of 56,882 Ordinary Shares represents approximately 0.14
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

    Furthermore, the Board was informed that Mr Siva Namasivayam, Finance Director, has today purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company at a price of 8p per share, resulting in a total beneficial interest of 76,731 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.19
per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
