    Pubs 'n' Bars owns and operates a group of community public houses located mostly in the south of England. Since its admission to AIM in
September 1999, the estate has grown from 51 to 110 public houses, 106 of which are owned by Pubs 'n' Bars the balance being operated on
behalf of third parties.
    Most of the pubs are 'locals' and each one has its own character, with the majority of its customers coming from the immediate area. The
Company aims to maximise profits by encouraging its managers to take an entrepreneurial approach to developing their businesses and by
introducing new income streams such as food and accommodation.
