The Company was informed on 24 June 2011 that, on 15 March 2011, Elaine Onacko, 
the wife of a director of the Company, Andy Onacko, transferred 1,153,448 
ordinary shares held by her to Andy Onacko at nil consideration. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Onacko's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 2,451,206 ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.1 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in 
treasury).
