Interim Dividend
The board of Ingenious Live VCT 1 plc (the "Company"), is
pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 7
pence per ordinary share (2010: 7 pence per ordinary share).
The interim dividend will be paid on the 11 February 2011 to the
ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register at close of
business on 28 January 2011. The ordinary shares will be marked
ex-dividend on 26 January 2011.
