Ingenious Live VCT 1 plc (the "Company") announces the following change to the 
board of directors of the Company (the "Board"). 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that Tim Clark has been appointed to the 
Board as a non-executive director on 16 November 2010. Tim will be the Chairman 
of the Company and will be a member of its audit committee. 
 
Tim is a founding partner, along with David Enthoven, of IE Music, the artist 
management company that represents Archive, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, 
Ladyhawke, Jimmy Page, Robbie Williams, and Passenger as well as recently 
expanding their base to invest in ie:dance (Djs Judge Jules, Sander Van Doorn 
and Simon Patterson) and 'This is Music' (A-Trak, Findlay Brown, Little Boots 
and Simian Mobile Disco). He started his career at Island Records, the label 
founded by his mentor, the legendary Chris Blackwell.  He has been fortunate to 
work with some of the greatest artists of the past 45 years, including Bob 
Marley, Free, King Crimson, Nick Drake, Roxy Music, Cat Stevens, Massive Attack 
and, of course, Robbie Williams. Tim is widely respected throughout the music 
industry for his innovative approach to music management and his support of 
digital media. 
 
Andrew Morris has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director on 16 
November 2010. Andrew remains a director of Ingenious Live VCT 2 plc. 
 
No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R 
of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in relation to the 
appointment of Tim to the Board.
