Directors' Share Options

The Company announces that on 28 April 2008 it made the following share option
awards to Directors over ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the
Company under the Company's unapproved share option scheme:

The Company announces that its AGM will be held on 19 June at 10.00am at
Greenaway House, Pinnacles, Harlow.

Dividend Date

The Company announces that the following timetable for its proposed Dividend:
Ex-Dividend date - 23 July 2008
Record Date - 25 July 2008
Payment Date - 9 September 2008

Interim Results to 30 June 2008

The Company announces that it will publish its interim results for the six
months to 30 June 2008 on 9 September 2008.
