for the development of casino games with Ganapati plc (the "Game 
Development Agreement"). Ganapati plc develops smartphone applications 
and other social media software and is a listed company on the GXG 
Markets. The directors of the Company believe that utilizing Ganapati's 
experience in social media app development with the gaming licences and 
technology owned by WinLogic, it will enable the Company to compete in 
the industry more efficiently and to accelerate the growth of the 
Company.
