Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement of 17 June 2015, the Company has today issued 615,000,000 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Shares") following receipt yesterday of the notice to exercise warrants by clients of Novum Securities Limited at a price of 0.065 pence per Share (the "New Shares"). This is all the warrants issued to clients of Novum Securities Limited as part of the fundraising announced on 17 June 2015.

Following this issue of the New Shares, the Company will have a total of 4,746,618,397 Common Shares in issue. An application will be made for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM with effect from 13 July 2015.
