Repayment of Loan Notes
The Company is pleased to announce that it has negotiated the repayment of US$129,000 of loan notes previously held by 6 individual noteholders. These loan notes carried a 10% coupon and were for a rolling one year term. The repayment of the loan notes, combined with the transactions previously announced on 16 January 2015 and 20 March 2015, leave the Company with no external borrowings.
