PDMR Dealing Notice

Centamin notes, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, that it has been informed under DTR 3.1.2R that the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") accepted conditional awards granted to them pursuant to the terms of the Company's restricted share plan (the "Plan"). Centamin also notes that the PDMRs disposed of a proportion of their shareholding to cover their respective tax liabilities following the vesting of awards under the Deferred Bonus Share Plan ("DBSP").
