LONDON -(Dow Jones)- AMEC PLC (AMEC.LN), an international engineering and project management company, said Wednesday that it has acquired BCI Engineers and Scientists, Inc. (BCI), a Florida-based consulting firm focused on the water and mining sectors, from its owner-managers for a total cash consideration of $20 million.
