of Visitors for a four-year term beginning July 1.

Prey, a shareholder in the firm's Intellectual Property &
Technology Practice in New York,
is a first chair trial lawyer who counsels clients on invention
protection, portfolio management, patent litigation, licensing, and
due diligence in the mechanical, electrical, computer science, and
life science industries. With almost 20 years of experience in high
tech intellectual property litigation, she has represented both
plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement cases involving a
wide array of technologies from smartphone software and fintech, to
semiconductor fabrication and lithium-ion technology, to cellular
immunotherapies.
Tsui, of counsel in the firm's Health Care & FDA Practice in
Washington, D.C., spent over a
decade of his career litigating on behalf of the U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services, Office of the General Counsel for the
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Division. He
represents health care providers, suppliers, and laboratories in
complex, government-facing investigations, appeals, and direct
litigation, maintaining a practice before the U.S. Supreme Court
and other federal courts. Tsui also provides regulatory and
compliance counsel to health care and life sciences companies,
Medicare Advantage plans, Accountable Care Organizations, and other
downstream entities in the insurance markets, with an emphasis on
medical device manufacturers that must pivot from FDA approval to
payment and reimbursement.
