McShane Construction recently began construction on Alpha Building,
a new, six-story, class-A office building and garage in
Austin's Mueller neighborhood.
The Alpha Building is the first of three development sites with
capacity for a total of four office buildings and over 795,000 sf
of office space.
Shorenstein Properties LLC is the lead developer for the
building, and Catellus is serving as the development manager for
the Alpha Building.
Designed by Page, this project consists of a 6-story core and
shell office building (approximately 240,000 SF) with first-floor
retail shell space, and a 989-space parking garage.
