Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD),
the recognized authority on leading governance practices, announces
the election to its Board of Directors Robin Bienfait, Director, Georgia Tech; Chairman, Global Aviation; and CEO,
Emnovate; and Marisol Angelini,
Director, Bush Brothers & Company, and past Vice President of
Marketing, The Coca-Cola Company.

Bienfait is a Director for Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG)
and two Power Financial boards: Great West Life Company (GWLC) and
Putnam Investments. Previously, she served on Cisco's strategic
advisory board, as well as HP's executive advisory council. Known
as a global influencer, Bienfait holds 15 patents, is the recipient
of several awards, and was recently named as one of the top 100
CIO's in STEM.

Angelini currently serves on the board of Bush Brothers &
Company and Rabbit Hole Distillery, and she previously served on

Coca-Cola with awards in Global Communications, Marketing
Transformation, Business Performance, and Mexico "Digital
Advertiser of the Year," and she was a two-time winner of the
company's highest award, the Woodruff Cup.
