The audiology aides support the clinical team with patient care, allowing the audiologists more time to diagnose and treat balance and amplification patients. The Institute developed the new Audiology Aide program and fully staffed it with experienced employees to create a more seamless and efficient clinic flow, providing enhanced patient care.

Montoya received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from California State University, Northridge and has been employed with the Institute for almost three years. Vega has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Services from San Diego State University and has been with the Institute for more than two years. Redjai received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Arizona State University and has been employed with the Institute for more than three years.
