Dr. Mencia will serve as Vice President of Scientific Affairs in support of CME subsidiaries Prova Education, Omnia Education, Medtelligence, and AGILE.

Dr. Mencia is a physician who has served in the field of continuing education for health professionals (CEhp) for the past 20 years. Most recently he was Vice President of Education and Medical Affairs for Med-IQ where he helped lead the growth of Med-IQ and its innovative educational solutions. In 2015, Dr. Mencia was awarded the Distinguished Fellowship by the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (Alliance). Additional awards from the Alliance include Leadership Awards, the William Campbell Felch Award for Research in CME, and 'Best Enduring Activity'. Dr. Mencia is an accomplished speaker in the CEhp community and has been published in numerous clinical and education journals.
