This notification is made on behalf of each of Mr Eugene Tenenbaum and
Heathville Investments Limited.
As per a previously notified TR1 provided to the issuer on 28 February
2022, through Ervington Investments Limited, Mr Eugene Tenenbaum and
Heathville Investments Limited had an indirect interest in 55,413,333
(3.97%) ordinary shares of Velocys plc.
On 29 March 2022, Heathville Investments Limited ceased to be the parent
company of Ervington Investments Limited. As a consequence, neither Mr
Eugene Tenenbaum nor Heathville Investments Limited have any interest,
direct or indirect, in ordinary shares of Velocys plc.
