Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK focused onshore hydrocarbon
production, development and exploration company announces that it
has been notified that Mr Joseph 0'Farrell, Executive Director of
the Company, today purchased a total of 211,000 ordinary shares of
5p each in Union Jack ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average
price of 23.62p each.
Following this on market purchase, Mr O'Farrell is the
beneficial owner of 1,897,914 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.68%
of the total issued share capital.
